Does Welltech have a design service?

We do not provide design services, but our experienced engineers will carefully review your drawings before production.

How long will Welltech‘s offer take?

We will reply within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry, and deliver in 10 days or less. If you need more than 500 pcs products, we need about 20 days to complete.

What formats does Welltech accept?

In order to save time, we use 3D CAD files in STEP and IGES format. Please use PDF and/or CAD format for 2D drawings with dimensional tolerances, we need to receive complete machining information.

What are Welltech's machining tolerances?

Our tolerances generally follow ISO DIN 2768F for metal products and ISO DIN 2768M for plastic products. If needed in some specific areas, we can achieve ±0.01mm or even higher accuracy.

Does Welltech have an independent QC department?

Of course, we have experienced quality inspectors. They will use a variety of imported equipment to carry out a comprehensive inspection of every process of the product. If required, we can provide a complete test report. Experienced hand engineers are proficient in grinding, polishing, sandblasting, tapping and other processes, and can provide guests with exquisite CNC customized products.
